I love this,it arrived on time,yes it arrives kinda flat and doesn’t look like much,but I’m familiar with Christmas fake foliage…..you have to get into it and gently manipulate the branches to fluff it and point them in the direction that works for you.They won’t do it on their own…. Once that’s done…..it looks great.Never had one come all fluffed,always flattened to a point,but love it and it looks great after a little work.
